Account data: name, email, phone number, and password (encrypted) when you register.
WhatsApp session data: encrypted session credentials required to keep your linked WhatsApp device connected, stored securely on our servers.
Instagram data: when you connect an Instagram Business/Creator account, we store your Instagram user ID, username, profile picture URL, access token, and app credentials — strictly to operate the features you enable (auto-reply, live chat, scheduled posting).
Message content: messages and conversations you send/receive through the platform, needed to deliver chat history, auto-reply, and AI assistant features.
Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

To operate and maintain the WhatsApp/Instagram gateway features you activate.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To improve platform reliability and security.
To send important account or service notifications.

You may revoke our access at any time via Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites, or by disconnecting the account from your balaswa.com dashboard.
